Birds and Brew
Start your morning a little slower and see the park from a different perspective.
Join aviary biologists from SWCA Environmental Consultants for a guided walk through the park as you look and listen for local bird species.
April 11
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Meet at the swimming area parking lot
Free (registration recommended)
Good to know:
- Easy to moderate 1.5 mile walk
- Closed-toe shoes recommended
- Coffee provided (bring a reusable mug if you can)
- Kid-friendly binoculars available
Star Party
Experience the night sky the way it’s meant to be seen.
With guidance from the Wimberley Dark Sky Committee and the Texas State Astronomy Club, you’ll get an up-close look at the stars, planets, and more.
April 18
7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Soccer fields at Blue Hole Regional Park
Free (registration recommended)
Schedule:
- Live music: 7:30 PM
- Telescope viewing: 8:45 PM
- Guided sky tour: 9:00 PM
Bring lawn chairs or a blanket, a picnic, and a flashlight.
Camp No Kids (Ages 18+)
A full day to unplug, get outside, and have some fun—no kids required.
Spend the day hiking, swimming, kayaking, playing games, and getting a little creative. It’s everything you loved about summer camp, just reimagined for adults.

10 AM – 4 PM
$25 per person
Includes all activities, plus a light breakfast and box lunch.
